Construction
Structure - The primary building structural system is steel reinforced concrete and includes:- 8” post-tensioned flat concrete slabs supported by reinforced 16” x 20” concrete columns.
- Reinforced concrete shear walls surround the building elevators and stairwells.
- The foundation system at TwentyTwenty consists of reinforced concrete spread footings and rammed aggregate piers.
- Primary material – cement board backed stucco with smooth finish
- Secondary material – wood veneer composite panels at inset balconies and porches
- 2 ½” exterior insulation
- Rainscreen construction for durability and performance
- Vinyl windows engineered for high performance with steel reinforcement and welded frame and sash
